Martiusheva looked *very* unimpressed upon seeing their scores. Lv5 bitchface right there.

And unless I got the interviews confused, he said he is still quite young and wanted to go on for another quad.

Given how much they've been improving and how young she still is, why not. Hopefully his body will allow him to.

Ugh, these streams. They weren't this bad last year.

Scimeca/Knierim took really bad, synchronised falls on 3salchows. Hand down on th3lutz. Good twist. Program was really bland though.

Can't wait for the protocols because I was very surprised to see them place second. The have stronger basic skating than Wang/Wang, yes. But the choreography and transitions weren't.

Popova/Massot - Bombing as usual. Shame because it's quite a fun program, at least in certain parts.

Pang/Tong clean but not at their peak as far as element execution is concerned. Still, given their perma-injury problems, that was very impressive.

Correction: Pang cheated 3toe way over 1/4.

Wow, I could barely get through S/S cause the camera work was making feel sick. Anyone else or just me?

Pang/Tong's program was quite sophisticated with detailed and controlled movement throughout.

    Savchenko/Szolkowy with mistakes, obviously. :(

Hand down on the 3toe and she two-footed and stepped out of the th3axel. Program flowed over the ice well and entries into some of the elements were much shorter than you see from other teams but it was quite bland. Meh. :/

I know V/T have gotten astonomical scores but I'm glad S/S have some work to do. V/T will have a lot to live up to and a ton of pressure come Olympics, while S/S can just build.

Or they have a large, profitable audience of hair stylists(I always feel like I'm looking at the part in the skater's hair in these overhead shots).
