Trouble Logging in at FSU

I haven't had to log in to FSU for years. Recently I was asked to log in, but found myself unable to. So I attempted to retrieve my password, but got the message my email address was not recognized. That would be true since when I originally registered I had a different ISP. Over the past few weeks I have sent several emails about this, giving them my old address and my new one and my user name. I have received no response. I don't believe I have done anything which would cause me to be banned. Is anyone else here who uses that forum, had a similar problem.

Periodically, I'm asked to reregister which I do without trouble but if I were having the same problem you are I think I'd just register with a new username & password.
