The scores are cut off too, so it must be something else. I'm watching on the hahabar link.

Well, I missed the twizzles because of a 20 second ad covering the stream, ugh. But what I saw looked great from Meryl and Charlie!

Did Luca and Anna's spin seem really slow today? Other than that I loved it

Yeah, I thought they seemed slow too, also one of their rotational lifts lagged a bit I thought? But otherwise, I thought they skated really well and everything should get faster as the season goes on! They are my fave for Bronze along with W/P and I guess P/B (who have some improvements to make, but if they do...)

I/K's PCS scores were incredibly high.

Deservedly so, IMO. But I think the Shibs PCS could definitely go up, they haven't skated that program yet to its artistic potential IMO, they need to ~perform it more. Whereas I/K have the performance down but the tech is not there yet, I guess! I keep being surprised by their low scores due to them not getting their levels.

A new SB for Davis/White!

The ShibSibs have the bronze!!

Given how low their PCS scores are though, I think given a different Technical Controller/Specialist panel they'll eventually lose out to I/K later on in the season. I/K's PCS scores were incredibly high.

Davis/White were sharp, solid and confident throughout. Elements were quite effortless. Lots of speed and power and the program had a surprisingly high amount of transitions too. I cannot imagine them not winning gold in Sochi at this point.

Having said that, the bland and dull Michael Buble choreography, devoid of any character, is still making me cry and long for the days where there was passion, creativity and drama in ice dance. A time before the take-over of Zueva-Shpilband robots. #nostalgia

I thought Anna and Luca skated much better at Skate America, but that was still a great performance. :yay:

Much crisper and faster at Skate America. Today they actually seemed a bit strained to me, and the facial expressions a bit over the top- not effortless acting but forced acting. I love them though.
