I don't think either lady has a lock on it. Mao had a great season, Yuna has 2 months to work things out. It will make for some interesting watching.
If I had to venture any kind of guess:
1&2- Yuna and Mao in any order. 3- Julia, 4- Ashley (the almost girl), 5- Akiko, 6- other Russian, then Carolina and Gracie???

Reports and practice videos are modified to showcase the skater. If out of 15 attempts a skater lands a quad or 3A once they will air the clean attempt and people will believe that they're landing elements consistently. It's what happens in competition that counts and as mentioned she has not the best success rate.

Now we are suddenly talking about last season? Well that's fine with me, out of the 7 attempt you mentioned she landed it 5 times. She may not have milked every point she could from this element each time, but That's not the same as " a hit or a miss " like you originally phased it.

Or they will zone in on the few times you actually fall.

I've seen many more "clean" practice reports than ones that show skaters falling (unless it's like a run-through or something).

In many practice reports from recent competitions, they will explicitly state the number of attempts and the success rate. It's not as if short video footage from news sources is the only evidence.

Yeah, and she went for a 3A in every 6 min LP warm-up until now - and landed all of them (3 out of 3). That's already pretty impressive and speaks rather for a good practice success rate.
