Karen Chen withdraws from JGPF; Angela Wang will participate in the final

    http://gokarenchen.wordpress.com/201...nd-prix-final/

After discussing with my doctors, coaches and family, the tough decision we made was to withdraw from 2013 JGPF due to my ankle injury. Originally, I was hoping I could make it eventually but the recovery is slower than what we expected. I’m sad and disappointed of course, but look at the bright side, I have more time to do art work and be with my family.
Good luck to Polina Edmunds and Angela Wang on their JGPF. Go Team USA!!

So sad to hear this! I hope she has a swift and complete recovery. I'm glad she's not pushing herself, it's just not worth it. Best of luck to Karen at Nationals!

Wow that's too bad. I hope the ankle will be ok by Nationals. I'm glad Angela gets a chance to redeem herself after her season so far.

Karen surrendered too much in this session. I don't know if Angela can also face Russian Girls.

    Well eh.

Russia podium time?`I'd say they at least have 2 of the top 3 without miracles.

Disappointing that she cannot participate but she will be back next year.
