Please let this be less of a train wreck than the Short Program.

Della Monica/Guarise - Again tense, mostly skated through the music, lacking performance skills.

Proelss/Blommaert - The program left me a bit cold but a successful performance technically. No major errors. They rock.

P/T greatly improved since their last event. Still need a lot of work looking like a pair but elements far more secure.

Purich/Tran - There is a lot of room for improvement on the quality of execution of their elements. They are a new team, however and that will surely come with time.

The program had a few nice choreographic touches but it was also empty in places and they could have projected better. Again, at this point they are probably focused on getting through all of their technical elements.

Good job, though. They did go for it and did all their elements.

Any other feeds besides the four above? Only the first one is working for me, and it's making weird noises during the programs.

Vanessa JAMES / Morgan CIPRES (FRA)

Music: Angels and Demons (soundtrack) by Hans Zimmer
Requiem for a Dream (soundtrack) by Clint Mansell

She's on white sparkly asymmetric dress. He's in black, very sparkly top.

3Tw - solid height, but hard catch
3T+2T+2T - solid, only she does 'tano on second jump
    3S - also solid
    FiDs
    PCoSp
    Li
    3FTh
    ChSq
    CCoSp - unison ok
3STh - very pitched forward, fall
    RLi
Li - nice variation with lunge

Solid skate, shame about the throw salchow fall. They seemed a bit hesitant on lifts, but that can be because of his recent broken wrist

    Score: 60.49+56.00-1.00 = 115.49, 172.27, 1st out of 4

James/Cipres were amazing. Some mistakes in the end but some very strong elements also. Good postures and lines, a lot of expression throughout. Yay!
