Finally! I just done a search for the organising club, and found the website for the Championships:

http://www.iceclubmerano.com/en/2013/campionato-italiano-artistico-danza-sincro-19-21-dicembre-2013/

And here is the Entry/Results Page:

http://application.fisg.it/results/3189/index.html

There is a link toa PDF of the entreis on this page, as found by FSGMT:

http://www.fisg.it/Figura/manifestazioni.asp

Looks like the Nationals Series Predictions Game will be starting with the Italian Championships after all!

(I'll create the Predictions thread in a moment!)

Is there any qualification system to Italian Nationals?

Looking to entries and reults - maybe all who want take place in nationals?

My guess is, there aren't enough competitive skaters in Italy to warrant a qualification system.

And she nailed it!!

http://application.fisg.it/results/3189/SeniorFemminile_SP_Scores.pdf

I hope she bring 3S+3T in the LP, instead of 2A+3T, since her 2A+3T is not a good combo for her.

I think it was the first time Valentina landed a 3-3. And the nicest is that it is not the easiest 3T+3T, she tries the 3S+3T. And the Lutz as the solo jump.

She is improving at the age of 27!! Impressive! I really like her.

Oh wow, 3lutz/3toe from Tagliapetra in the FS (and 3toe/3toe in the SP)!!! She's had a very good season so far. I hope she can do her best at Junior Worlds (will be hard since she doesn't have the 3loop).

Both Junior Pairs did throw 3toe, nice.

Marchei is indeed inspiring. Such a late bloomer. Her skating is absolutely beautiful. I don't want her to retire after this season. :( Francesca Rio skated a clean SP so props to her.

Righini was near clean and has a massive lead going into FS. He'll probably win the whole thing.

Interesting how close the top three Junior Ice Dance teams are.

Haven't seen any of yesterday's SP's, but she has been skating beautifully all season. To the extent that I have been getting all emotional after all her performances.

It will be really heartbreaking if Marchei does retire this season, as she is skating the best she ever has. If she did carry on for another year or 2, she would certainly be one of the favourites at Europeans and Worlds in 2015.

As it is, there is only Suzuki older than her, and Akiko has already made it clear she is retiring. And most of the skaters within a 5 year age bracket of Marchei have already announced that they are retiring. So, it seems inevitable that Valentina will do the same.

I just hope she doesn't and sees the opportunity that is open for her for 2015.

After that FS he did, Ivan definitely has it in the bag!

(I'm just gonna call him "Ivan". I've been calling him "Bariev" for so many years that I can't get used to "Righini" at all!!! It's hard enough to keep up when the women change their surnames never mind the men!!! ;))

There again...

Ivan may have the overall result in the bag, but I don't think he's going to win the FS!

It's just a pity Paul Parkinson Bonifacio was so far behind after the SP, because that was definitely a "Champion's" performance in the FS!!!

Let's see if Paul can overtake Bacchini...

IIRC, both Kostner and Marchei announced they would retire after this season. Still, I hope they will change their mind.

Well, I was right about Paul Parkinson Bonifacio's FS. He did win the FS, and it meant he overtook Paolo Bacchini for 2nd overall.

Here are all the Senior Men's results.

Mmmm. The Top 5 in the overall results look suspiciously like my Top 5 predictions...
