    Skating's main rival for best awful "frozen in time" faces?

    We all love those awful photos of the skaters mid spin, jump, or the ones that over emote... looks like they have some competition for being the "best of the worst" in Synchronized Swimming:

    The difference is, the swimmers are trying to look like that. I think it looks good from way, way, way back in the last row of the balcony.

    Yeah, those are expressions are the accepted convention for that sport. They are also another way for pairs or groups to look "synchronized," with identical facial expressions.

    They learned the "O" face from Tanith Belbin. I could handle all of Krylova's over the top expressions, but for some reason Tanith Belbin always annoyed me with her O Face.
