All I can think when watching Amodio is windmill arms, OTT emoting and yeah, pimpy costume
PS One of the swedish commentators becomes really really annoying now. She behaves like she has never watched a competition before. Squeeking like a teenager when Michal did a quad.

I'm sorry but Joubert should have retired a long time ago. It's sad to see him skating like this when you remember how good a skater he used to be.
Both Amodio and Brezina presented their programs well but both had front-loaded programs with looooong entries into the jumps.

Brian's new SP really isn't a masterpiece...
All his little moves he does before the 1st jump is a sequence of all his moves from the past, regardless of music or theme. I guess Morozov's point when convincing him to use this new one was to "take a music that allows you to focus 100% on the jumps".
I hope he has the great skate he derves in the FS to finish his amazing EC career.
Oh, good old Amodio: Almost as if, just before the program was over, he thought "I can't just skate clean... wait, I can still mess up something random, trust me!"
Same observation as with Joubert, he always does the same hand and arm movement, but for me, that's much more distracting when it's to "La Cumparsita" compared to some instrumental Cirque du Soleil-esque music for Joubert.
Here, I expect to see something spanish, and there was nothing spanish at all in this choreo. :disagree:
