Definatly both of mao's programs belong to my favorites this season. I also love akiko's Phantom and adelina's LP (sorry, dont know the name, i'm very bad at names xD)
I'm very fond of the Shibutani's Free Dance this year, their Michael Jackson Medley is so entertaining and fünf to watch. Moreover, I really adore Savchenko/Szolkowy's Nutcracker LP, even if it may not be as original as some oft their previous LPs, I still enjoy watching it :)

Sorry, but I don't follow Pairs and Ice Dance. You're more than welcome to add them, if you'd like. :)

I love Mao's SP the most this season. And as far as dance, Charlie and Meryl's LP is to die for. Its so superb.

I tried to limit myself to one program per competition. It was hard!

MEN'S SHORT
Tatsuki Machida - WOW! His performance at Japanese Nationals was so moving.

MEN'S LONG
Jason Brown - OK so it was hard not to choose him for both, honestly, but I chose to spread the love. I felt there were more quality men's short programs this year so I chose Jason in the long. I also enjoy Takahashi's long, though.

LADIES' SHORT
Ashley Wagner - I love the fire in this program when she is on and I like that she takes a risk musically. This is a style for her that really works, IMO.

LADIES' LONG
Mao Asada - I know most have not loved/connected with her R2 program but I adore it. It's my most rewatched program of the season so far.

ICE DANCE SHORT DANCE
Chock/Bates - I know this is probably a controversial choice but their program really sticks in my mind for some reason.

ICE DANCE FREE DANCE
Davis/White - In my opinion, if skated well in Sochi, this could be the greatest Olympic ice dance of all time.

PAIRS
Admittedly, I don't follow pairs very well. I actually like Savchenko/Szolkowy's take on Nutcracker, which I know many haven't. But I haven't studied the pairs programs well enough to have strong opinions.

Other programs not mentioned above that I've enjoyed are Yuna's short, Asada's short, and Lipnitskaia's long.

There also a few non-Olympic programs I've adored this season... to wit, Radionova's short and Rippon's long.

Best Short: Mao's Nocturne

Best Long: Jason's Brown's Riverdance, probably the program of the season!
Kostner's Bolero is also good but the choreography is not as great as the original. As TSL mentioned before, the last salchow was everything about that program.

My favorite short and Long for men by far are Jason Brown's. If that LP well skated doesn't get him a bronze, what will? If it had a quad, I think he could get a gold as the crowd loves him everywhere.

For women, there are a number. I love Caro's Ave Maria, Ashley's Pink Floyd, Mao's Nocturne, Yuna's Send in the clowns

In icedance, the top five teams have wonderful programs. I am partial to the Shibs homage to Michael Jackson.

In pairs I can't say I love a program, even tho I am a fan of the V/T and have always been awed by Robin and Aliona's daring programs. But think the programs that people will recall come from American teams this year. Jason will be a big favorite with crowd. Ashley, if she can do justice to Samson & Delilah will be memorable. Polina has a fiery short program, music escapes me ? now. Julia will be a big hit as the music is so haunting from a beloved, true story, and she will likely podium in the little red coat.

Caro has Bolero. Her SP and LP are great. Akiko has two good programs, but her performance ability is what makes the programs special. Adam Rippon has two beautiful programs that sadly were bombed at Nationals, but they are very nice when performed well.

All in all, I think people will remember Jason and Julia more than anyone else.

Mao's SP, Akiko's SP, and both of Yuna's programs for ladies.

Browns' FS, Hanyu's SP, and both of Abbott and Chan's programs in men.

I haven't really been following dance, but I do enjoy D/W and V/M's programs, as well as S/S.

The only pairs I like are S/S and S/H....

Ladies SP: Kostner's Ave Maria and Marchei's SP. Wagner's is good, too.
Ladies LP: Kostner's Bolero. I am finally sold on it.
Men SP: I don't really love anything. Chan's Elegie is good.
Men LP: Jason Brown's Riverdance has grown on me. He really does perform it well.
Pairs SP: I don't love anything, but Volosozhar and Trankov do have a pretty good program and Duhamel/Radford have a promising one.
Pairs LP: Savchenko/Szolkowy and Stolbova/Klimov
Dance SD: nothing. The Finnstep deserved better.
Dance FD: Hurtado/Diaz's Surviving Picasso, and they had better qualify for the FD at the Olympics so that it can be appreciated by all.
