I hope Madi and Zach win. They were crushed to be left off the Olympic team.

The tech team:
Tech Controller: Alla Shekhovtseva (RUS) - wife of the head of the Russian federation
Tech Spec: Andrzej Dostatni (POL) a nitpicker
Asst Tech Spec: Judy Blumberg (USA) another nitpicker

We can expect low levels given this team :disapp:

Thanks for the research. Just to add a little, the US Jr Champs often get Cup of China. If you compare the average scores at the Grand Prix's this year for the 2nd through 6th place positions who will see that Cup of China was 17 points less than Trophy Bombard which was only two weeks later - assuming scores get higher as season progresses.
Trophy Bombard 154.7; Skate Canada 151.2; NHK Trophy 150.2; Rostelecom 149.89, Skate America 149.6 and last was Cup of China with an average of 137.3. I sure hope A&E can get a Seasons Best for next season and all the Teams skate clean. Going crazy in Michigan! Only 5 or 6 hours to go.

H/D was 4th at 2013 Skate America :) Painfully close to third too.

P.S. I hope that they have a better SD here than they did at Nationals, pretty please.

If I'm correct the SD starts in about 5 and a half hours yes?

Also is anyone help having trouble pulling up the icenetwork home page?

I can't wait for the SD to start! Love both H/D and G/P, but really hoping H/D take the win here.

The US and Canadian teams got dinged at CoR by a tech team that cut their levels to the bone.
I'm a bit leery of the 4CC Tech team and am hoping they're not going to do the same.

I'm sure that both H/D and G/P were upset about being left off their respective Olympic teams. Hoping for a great competition between those two teams. Also hoping that K/G-S do well.

G/P will probably get to go to Worlds as V/M have said they are done after Sochi. D/W haven't said they won't go to Worlds, so 4CC may be it for H/D.

I read on the FSU fan thread that Zach's mom had said on her FB that there are "new developments for Madi". I hope her hip injury hasn't got worse :( I love Madi and Zach and wish they were going to Sochi--but since they aren't I hope they can win here. I'd like to see Piper and Paul on the podium with them.

Someone brought up on another thread that the tech panel were "sticklers." I don't mind sticklers so long as they are consistent.

I'm rooting for all three teams as well.

The skating has begun! Although to be honest, I may sit out the first group in favor of dishes.
