I think R&H used the same music for their FD as G&P used for their SD two years ago.

So R&H are going to finish ahead of O&W at 4 Continents. Interesting.

Nervous for G&P! Hope they skate as cleanly as they did at Nationals and can win their first 4 Continents!

Last chance to see Gilles & Poirier's Hitchcock FD for the season-they gave a good performance of it
I still love that initial stationary rotational lift with Gilles' head down.

    No obvious trips or errors.
    91.33 season's best 153.71 into 1st.

They might get a chance to perform it at Worlds if Tessa & Scott decide to retire after the Olympics.

Will be interesting now to see how H&D are ranked in relation to G&P. The 153.71 that that G&P received is almost 10 points higher than the 144.07 that they received at NHK, but since several teams have gotten Personal Bests, H&D may get one as well.

Aldridge & Eaton's Bollywood. This has grown so much over the year-the hand movements have gotten more coordinated and better Bollywood character. into 2nd place, and they will medal!

Well now H&D are skating to the same music C&P skated to in 2010. If Paul is listening I wonder if he will recognize it?

Hubbell & Donohue to end the event to Bohemian Rhapsody.
Huge TES on score tracker 50.64
I thought this was better than at Nationals-they were more in tune with the music.
Some irregularity of rotation on the twizzles; nothing serious.
They are playing "I've Got Moves Like Jagger" while we wait for scores.

Darn. I wanted G&P to win. Looks like they need to improve their TES score a bit. But finishing a close 2nd isn't bad. Congratulations to them winning their first Four Continents medal as a couple. (Piper's first 4CC medal. Paul was on the 4CC podium once before with Vanessa).

Looks like these two teams are going to have a close rivalry in the next Olympic cycle!

I believe that's the highest among the U.S. Dance couples not named Meryl and Charlie. Of course, we'll see if Chock and Bates and the Shibutanis can turn in higher scores at the Olympics.

    Winners' interview being telecast
Madison says they couldn't be happier after yesterday's shaky start-thanks the crowd and the organizing committee.

Cutest panda in the world. They went to the zoo. (Zach)
