What´s the name of the Russian commentator on Xsport? I heard the name Zagorodnyuk. Is it really the former Ukrainian figure skater?

Nan Nguyen... A name to remember. So he's been skating junior? Finished 16th in his last JGP? Wow. What an unexpectedly good performance. He's so young and tiny too! I felt he tried to hard to 'look senior' what with the heavy funeral music. Hopefully he'll grow a bit and his jumps grow with him...

Yes, it's Viacheslav Zagorodniuk and Xsport is Ukrainian channel, not Russian.

I'm back. Sad to see I missed Farris' skate.

    Adam RIPPON (USA)

Music: L'après-midi d'un faune (Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun) by Claude Debussy

Black pants. Brown draped shirt w/ crystals

    3A+2T
    3A - stepout
    3Lo
    FCCoSp
    CCSp
    2A
    1F - mean to be 3F+3T
    StSq
    3Lz - 'Rippon', stepout
    3Lz - 'Rippon', no combo?
    3S
    CCoSp

Threw away a lot of points no doing his two planned combos. At least he finally landed a triple axel

    FS: 64.68+75.62 = 140.30, 213.20, in 3rd (out of 17)

Well... Right now Zagorodniuk is speaking Russian, so you were right about the language. I don't know if he even knows Ukrainian. It's an official language there but most people speak Russian, though.

ETA: but you can hear Ukrainian language in commercials between skates

    Misha GE (UZB)

Music: World Dance Collection: Neo Tango (Tango by Gotan Project); Rhumba d'Amour; Libella Swing by Parov Stelar; Tutti Frutti (Rock'n'Roll)

Black andwhite jumpsuit w/ red swirls and criss-cross strings on body and arm. Gloves. Red spray-in hair?

    3A - fall, looked <<
    3Lz
    3F
    3Lo
    CCSp
3Lz - hand down, no combo
    3F+2T - 'tano toe
    2A
3S+3T+2Lo - twofooted on toe, toe looked < in replay
    FSSp
StSq - lots of energy, audience clapping
    CCoSp - travels
    ChSt

Good performer - maybe a bit over the top - but the audience seemed to respond well to it.

    FS: 57.13+68.02-2.00 = 123.15, 188.42, in 7th (out of 18)

    Must've done something illegal?

    Denis TEN (KAZ)

Music: The Young Lady and the Hooligan by Dmitri Shostakovich

Black pants. White pleated shirt over black tank

Wrong music playing? Or he wasn't ready...

    4T
3A+1T - slipped when reaching for toe
    3A - fall
    StSq
    CCSp
3F+1Lo+3S - not much speed out
    2Lz+2T
    3Lo
    3F - fall
    2A
    FSSp
    ChSt
    CCoSp

Far from his best with two falls. He looked quite pale in his ending pose, wonder wether he's still sick?

    FS: 73.95+78.08-2.00 = 150.03 (SB), 226.37 (SB), in 1st (out of 19)

I don't speak Russian, but "karashò" means "good", "well done".
