Why are they not sending Radionova again? She's still the best of the Russian girls not eligible to go to the Olympics.

Radionova is in Substitute List and maybe she, not Proklova, will be at JrWorlds if will be at good state.

Why are they bringing Stepanova/Bukin back from Seniors? They won JW last year.

Because they can't go to Senior Worlds and the season would be essentially over for them otherwise. This way they can earn some ISU ranking points and potentially improve their SB score. Sucks for the other teams but they are still age eligible.

If Radionova ends up competing then there is a very good chance that all three ladies' medals will go to Russia.

Radionova is going to JW instead of Proklova.

Well, i am not surprised. They have the same coach, so not much problem with changing girls. It is so hard to get on the team for the girls. I would love to see Proklova and Medvedeva at Jr Worlds also. I absolutely adore Proklova's SP, a little balerina.
