In Sochi time, for the individual events:
Pairs Short Program draw: February 9, 2014 11:30
Men Short Program draw: February 11, 2014 14:00
Ice Dance Short Dance draw: February 14, 2014 12:30
Ladies Short Program draw: February 17, 2014 11:00

Basically 2 days before the event for everything.

Team event should just be reverse order of the country's world standing. Aka 1st ranked team will skate last for each discipline.

Specific skaters per country must be in by 10am Sochi time on the 5th.
