Winkler/Lohse back on track

Kati Winkler and Rene Lohse are back to regular training and can't wait for Worlds to start. They've made a few adjustments to their free dance to put less stress on Rene's knee, but feel that their program is not diminished because of the changes. (They had to withdraw from Europeans due to his knee injury.)

Anke, Thanks for telling us the very, very good news! I just hope that we in the US will get to see them on TV.

Can't guarantee that ABC will show them, of course.

There is a very slim chance we might get them live on the Internet for the OD. The German TV station ZDF *sometimes* has streaming video and they are scheduled to show the OD on Thursday 3/25 from 15:00-16:00 CET or 9am-10am EST.

Use http://wwitv.com/ to access the tv stations that have streaming video. The FD is scheduled to be shown on the German station ARD, and they don't do streaming video.

You can get the audio live via Eurosport. It's fun to listen, but not the same as seeing it! I'll post the Eurosport schedule in a different thread.

Or you could have a lovely week near the Canadian border and watch Worlds on CBC. They show a lot more skating and so there's a greater chance of getting Winkler and Lohse.
