Aww this thread is full of adorable stuff. Thanks for all the links! The little yellow heart that they use for each other is so cute. I think Max started it because he calls Tanya his "sunshine" all the time. It really is their colour!
Ahhh! Maybe that IS the reason. I've wondered about that.
Thanks for those videos, eli60056. I've been to ice shows before, but never to a competition. Was surprised at how much commotion was going on during the FP warm-up in Sochi. Just watching them made me tense, and I even know how it turned out! They never spoke to each other and even entered and exited separately. Thought that was strange, but for all I know, there was a reason for it -- mostly the entrance and exit part, I mean

I'm still sad they're not performing at Worlds. I haven't watched any of it yet, but I know I would be much more excited to if they were skating!

Those pre FS Sochi videos are impressive, I don't know how they managed to keep calm and concentrate and do the program they did with such a pressure. I don't think I ever saw them that serious before.

All I could hear in my head when I saw this photo (which was such a cute idea, by the way) was Justin Timberlake's "Mirrors". Perfect song for those two

Just something about the Worlds today: Happy for Szolkowy/Savchenko although I rooted for Duhamel/Radford, shame about their fall
hwell: But they probably wouldn´t have won anyway. Klimov/Stolbova did a GREAT performance, I really enjoyed Moore-Towers/Moscovitch as well.But in the end, I missed our couple

I missed them too
Savchenko/Szolkovy did really great though.
I think it is just great that they were able to end their career like that
I felt a bit sad they couldn't participate and defend their title, because they would have won without a doubt seeing the marks the others got. Oh well, next year.
