Anybody working on their double axel?

I was just curious if anybody out their is working on your double axel? I am almost landing mine. Like I'll get the rotation and the one foot and then for no reason I will sit! I get so mad at myself! But today I did one on one foot with a slight touch down but i'm still happy!

Hi IceAngel (will never get all those caps right!!)

The double axel was like the suckiest jump to learn for me.. took me more than a year and then i lost it once or twice after that! Anyway- if you're hitting the landing edge and just sitting, try thinking about anticipating the landing a bit more. Don't expect to fall, expect to land! Also try checking out a tiny bit earlier and point/stretch your landing toe a bit more toward the ice. If your landing leg is too bent when you touch down, it'll just keep on bending till your butt's on the ice. So, all you need is a little more preparation for the landing and the confidence to stand up- sounds like you're almost there!
