As difficult as it is the pick the top three, and even the top five, can you give the names of the skaters you expect to see in the Last Group of the LP. I believe only SIX can make the last group.

(It doesn't have to be in any particular order but if want to say where skaters will place in the LP, please do.)

My pick for the last group to skate in Senior Ladies at Worlds 2004 are:

Michelle Kwan
Sasha Cohen
Shizuka Arakawa
Fumie Suguri
Elena Liashenko
Julia Sebastyen

It was not easy picking out the top six for the last group of the LP, and I am by no means certain of the six I picked. There is also Elena Sokolova, Irina Slutskaya, and Miki Ando as well as Jenny Kirk and who else to be considered.

There have been many competitions with 2, even 3 rival skaters but this one is a dilly.

I go with those who have proven, year in and year out, to be able/unafraid to pull out all the stops against their most formidable rivals, even if they don't actually beat them, they still have the (pick one) skating skills/guts/jumps/experience/overall package to pull through and make the final cut of six, even under extreme pressure... I therefore have my doubts about Julia Sebestyen, Vika, Liashenko, and Ando's ability to do this. Would LOVE to be proven wrong and see these and any other worthy competitors shake things up a bit, make this Worlds, one with such exciting build up, a positively heartstopping experience--I hope we're all alive and not in the hospital with heart failure--so that we can discuss it all afterwards Thank God there are spoilers for the weak of heart
