I will trust the judges' and specialists' professional judgements instead of forumers and stay at home viewers. Plus they are no less decent than anybody else.
maybe work more on steps seq then ?
but then this Cop is to blame putting too many minutes on footwork and step seq
In LP, everyone in top 4 except Yuna (Adelina, Mao, Carolina) received level 4 in step sequence. This is unreal. So,
Adelina: Level 4 in both SP and LP
Mao and Carolina: Level 3 in SP, Level 4 in LP
Yuna: Level 3 in both SP and LP
Adelina's Stsq is horrible.
So slow, poor edge control... How can get lv4 with huge GOE?
I don't think anyone will take you seriously, sky_fly20. I love Adelina, and she is my top favorite in post-Yuna world. (unlike your favorite Yulia in your fantasy land, until yesterday)
But unfair judging needs to be called on. This sport deserves better.
I also stress, that a skater's visible relief after landing a jump doesn't mean that the skater is more emotionally invested. This is what TV viewers often get mistaken for.
Basically the tech panel cheated in an element least visible and least understood by viewers. That is what it was.
Anyhow. I congratulate Adelina. I think she will get even better post-Yuna. I am just sad that this sport once again proved that it's corrupt. In order to win against nearly insurmountable odds you need that much skills and fortitude. And sometimes even that isn't enough.
The answer is easy:
Mr Lakernik (Russian origin) as the Technical specialist.
The same man, who gave the flowers......
I was surprised to see Yuna get level 3 on both of her step sequences. I assume they were choreographed to be level 4, and that she is capable of executing a level 4.
I thought of this as being a pretty black and white area - unlike GoE or PCS.
I'm wondering what the difference is and if there is a review process. It seems to me it should be absolutely clear reviewing video what the correct level is.
I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere.

This was one of the factors, a BIG one: because it is an element that isn't immediately obvious to viewers or even some seasoned fans in this forum. Basically the tech panel made sure to hold Yuna back. They did so in the SP by giving it only to Adelina, and once the rest of the field became clearer they gave level 4s to other skaters except for Yuna.
Having watched the SP and FS again, this is a total bogus. Having gifted level 4 only to Adelina in SP, the same panel gave level 4 to everyone in top 4 except for Yuna in FS. Watch Adelina trying to catch up to music with her elements. This is one of the most transparent BS this panel had exercised yet perhaps will be easily overlooked by many. Sad.
