Annabelle Prölß fell on her triples in both programs. :(

Kyarha Van Tiel in Advanced Novice landed 3loop and 3flip! An extremely high level for a Dutch skater. One to watch for the future. :)

Spanish Aleix Gabara Xanco who won Advanced Novice Men landing 3flip and 3lutz. :)

Shame about the Australian Pairs team. :(

Even more that they missed the one by less than 3 points and the other by merely 0.9

No TES and no junior worlds for Emily Hayward and Niki Worries...

That's strange for Niki Worries, she always has the flip as triple jump... and no triple toeloop or salchow!?!

Aw poor Mihara had such an awful SP then she came back and won the FS but it still wasn't enough to get on the podium.

I remember seeing Emily Hayward ages ago at a local competition when she was still in Novice. She skated to Harry Potter and made a really good impression on me because of her projection and attack. Shame about the stupid minimum scores. :(

That's strange for Niki Worries, she always has the flip as triple jump... and no triple toeloop or salchow!?!

I guess it's her favourite jump. :)

I had planned to go to this event, but with the sudden Summer-like weather, just couldn't force myself to travel to The Hague and sit inside an ice-cold hall. Would've loved to see Takahito Mura in real life. Oh well, maybe next year it'll be snow and ice outside again during the Challenge Cup.

Great for Besseghier!! Good for him!

Yeah, but what happened in his Free Skate? Almost 20 points lower than Mura in techs. Still a bronze medal, though. I want the few French men left to stay and be competitive until younger ones step up.

How can Mura get 7s and 8s for things like PE and IN? One judge even gave him 9s. What the hell? He's a very solid jumper when he is on and he can skate with decent speed but he is still really lacking presentation-wise.

Big congrats to Besseghier for a clean SP with 4toe/3toe. FS wasn't bad either.

A respectable showing for Righini. Unlike Parkinson, at least he is capable of landing most of his jumps.

A rough competition for Proelss/Blommaert. :(
