His Russian splits, too -- marvelous in his "Henry V" LP.

Sonia Henie's toe-pick footwork, her opposite direction Lutz, and her Axel+Axel sequence.

Well...you can get deductions for your costumes and hairpins can fall out of even the blondest of hair. So maybe just barely. See...I too can stretch as much as one of Lipnitskaya's signature spins

Well, come to think of it, weren't Henie's dresses a lot shorter than what women had been wearing until then? From that perspective, I guess you could make the argument that her costumes were signature/iconic b/c of how much they influenced everyone else's. And since they were shorter, they certainly did show a lot more of her moves...

OK, OK, so I'm pushing it a little. Feeling generous & trying to give someone the benefit of the doubt!

Hah, Kim's hair is beautiful too... although, she occasionally puts in some brownish hues. http://cfile216.uf.daum.net/image/24...51F7F947010171

Although she wouldn't be the only figure skater to dye her hair from its original colour to make people think it's another colour.

Agreed! Another favorite move that comes to mind is Rohene Ward's split 3-turn (although he was not the first to do it). RFO edge, drop down into a split with right foot in front, pull back up and continue footwork without skipping a beat!

Can someone please post a video link if it's available? Sounds lovely!

Don't know if these have been mentioned:

Barbara Fusar-Poli's glare of death at the 2006 Olympics.

    Seriously though:

    Tara Lipinski's - 3loop/3loop
    Caroline Zhang's - Pearl Spin
    Timothy Gable - Quad King
    Natalia Mishkutunek - Flexibility
