This facility is on the smaller side and there is almost no extra room around the boards except for that entrance area from the public hallway where they put the K&C (& believe me it's very tight area).
Stands only on 1 side of the rink, judges on the side of the camera.

The new rules have been inconsistently used from event to event so far this season. It will be interesting to see the judging here, I agree.
