So, I'm the first one to comment? The Nebelhorn made us too enthusiastic about all the great skating going on there, so we forgot about our beloved JGP
Just finished watching the event, and I have to say that I was impressed by the Russians: really intricate choreohgraphy, with a lot of sections in close holds and great SS and attack, totally deserving the score they received! I just don't "feel" their music: it looks like a collage of many different pieces without actual connection between them, I'm afraid that I will never find a program of theirs with a music that I like :frown:
Bent/MacKeen were beautiful, too, and even if their transitions were not as good and as difficult as the Russians', the program itself is excellent, and you could easily notice the difference between them and the teams that skated before in flow and SS!
Moore/Klaber were terribly underscored for me, really liked their performance and I thought that thei deserved a lot more, at least there should have been a big gap in PCS between them and Moscheni/Lukacs, who scored 40 in PCS as well, but were way less polished and fluid over the ice :disapp:

Honestly, I think Moore/Klaber are usually underscored. Jgp Slovenia seemed to be one of the few times I've seen them judged fairly. Not that they should have won here, but I expected 3rd or 4th for them. Who knows what it is about them that the judges don't like, but they seemed really underscored at Nationals last year too. Must be hard for them on their last Jr. season. It was really great to see Anthony and Christina do well too, they will probably end up dominating the JGP circuit in a few years.
