The sport should not be geared to teenagers. It should be opened for anyone who wants to compete in figure skating.
I believe there is the rare teenager who can capture the 'character' of the music as outlined by Mr. Inman. I do understand what you are saying about the teenage years, and I agree. But I don't think we should change the criteria which makes up the character of the music to suit teenagers. the teenagers have their Technical to show off with. It is the mujsic which makes the artistry and therefore the Presentation Score. The teenagers are not required to win gold medals at 16. they can earn the gold at 22.
