That is from ISU Communication 1909: Judges drawn for ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2015.
Canada, China, Japan and the US will not have a judge on the Ladies panel, but Russia, Belarus, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Hungary, Israel, Czech Republic, France, Sweden and Switzerland will be on that panel.

For 2015 JW, ISU Communication 1909 lists the federations of 13 judges for each discipline.

The federations choose the judges (they must be ISU judges) that will represent their federations.

For each discipline, 9 judges are randomly selected from the 13 for the SP; and again 9 are randomly selected for the FS.

The names of the judges on the panel are posted on the results website about 15 minutes before the start of the event, but the judges' federations are not identified.

The number of the judge on the panel does not correspond to the number of the judge on the protocol. Protocol results are randomly presented.

All in the interest of fairness and impartiality, of course. :sarcasm:

The JGPF ladies SP was one of the most impressive competitions of the year for me.
6 clean performances back-to-back! I want to see that again with the last groups of ladies here.
Gambatte! :cheer:

About what time will the ladies start on the 4th?

As always, Mrs. P and Doris have posted the date/time information in the OP of the thread :).

Thanks to their tireless efforts , it could not be easier to check the who/what/where/when in one convenient place.

Thanks for pointing out that the time was now listed! :)

When I posted my question (at 7:52) I had just checked the first post and they had not posted the time yet. I just checked and they edited the first post at 8:03, and I think that was when they added it. :)

Thx for your explanation.

I'm 99% sure that their link to the Schedule has been in the OP all along ... but extra thanks to Mrs. P and Doris for spelling it out for us too.

A master list of technical content for the ladies

found it here: http://spiral9509.tistory.com/931 (a Korean fs blog that I follow)
major props to the guy who made the list
he/she even colour-coded the list

from my intuition (and bits of Korean wording):
green blocks = combos with 3T
yellow blocks = casual jump issues like edge calls or URs (ex. Evgenia getting calls on her 3Lz sometimes)
red font = apparent edge calls or URs (ex. Wakaba is constantly marked with an edge call for her 3F)
grey font = for skaters that didn't compete in ISU competitions so info is not concrete

I can't begin to express how much i love this idea/format!
