When did Kwan become The Kween?

Hey guys,

I have kind of a weird, historical question about when people started referring to Michelle Kwan as The Kween back in the day. I don't remember if that was just something people on MKForum just started doing or if there was a banner someone came up with at one point.

I'm trying to remember because the phrase "Yes Kween" has become very popular among fans of the show Broad City. I'm always tempted to point out that Michelle's fans have been using the term Kween for years now, I just thought it would be even better if I could pull out a video where the reference is made or if I could be like "I've been using Kween since 2000!" I just can't remember when it actually started.

Anyone remember?

Probably after 98 US Nationals. There was always a banner that would say Kween whenever she competed after 98. Though I'm sure MKForum called her that before then.
