OMG, Plushenko is still amazing with his jumps...I don't even know how old is he, but I know he is no more in his twenties, not even the late ones. The 3A was big, but some negative GOE...his spins are bad if compared to Lambiel's...still great for his age.

yes, I am also impressed by Plushy. He seems to have come far after his surgery and if he remains healthy from here on; I expect him to have great outings in the fall. I suppose that he would be able to score really well in the SP but not sure how his body would hold up in a LP that would most probably require 2 quads these days?

Is he going to do like a full competition season? Including the GP? Its easy to look really good in an offseason show, but what's he going to look like and how's he going to hold up throughout an entire season.

The next Fantasy on Ice show will air from Shizuoka on the 6th of May. Stay tuned. :)
I must say, the amount of Gold medalists they've assembled is quite amazing.
Plushy, Yuzu, Joubert, Fernandez, Jeffery, Anna and Luca, Tatiana and Maxim.

-Not so many girls this time.
Akiko, as always, has the most beautiful dresses.

I was impressed by Plushenko´s jumps, otherwise the program was typical for him: Choreography existed only in footwork.

Plushenko's new EX music suits him. So, if it is going to be his new SP, it won't be a chore to watch.
I'll always have an issue with the skating parts of his programs, but it's impressive at his age and I can see he's trying to bring himself up to current levels. Time will tell if he can pull it off in competition. Looking forward to it.

I just wanted to add the Finale of Fantasy on Ice as it includes a epic Spin/Hydroblade/Cantilever/Quad Jump Battle at the end with some back flips to go with it.
Jeffery, Oda, Fernandez, Akiko, Miki, and more
Almost Everyone gets involved. Yuzu also kindly pushes Wakaba and Shoma into the spotlight so they can get used to showing off.
Enjoy!

Fantasy on Ice from Kobe had completely different performances from everyone.

WARNING! Rather horrible Camera work on super lovely programs!
Here are my special Favorites from this broadcast.

Opening

Plushenko's Collaboration with a violinist was wonderful

SEIMEI by Yuzu (not a splatfest this time)
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2xnhxq_faoi2015-kobe-yuzuru-hanyu_sport

Megan and Eric's new SP http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2xnj4c_faoi2015-kobe-meagan-duhamel-eric-radford_sport

Verner's Another Love http://dai.ly/x2xo476 Verner has got such lovely, smooth jumps and skating.

Akiko Suzuki - Collaboration "Clair de Lune"
http://dai.ly/x2xnmai

Nobunari Oda - Odarth Vader https://youtu.be/KCHpfnH9DIA

Yuzu - "Requiem of Heaven and Earth"
http://dai.ly/x2xnmb0
This one is dedicated to the rebuilding of the Tohoku area where the earthquake hit. It's a very emotional and personal piece for him. --Also, he's wearing what many call a sparkling sea-lettuce. Suits him perfectly

Finale - "Bolero" + Yuzu's speech
http://dai.ly/x2xo4ce
In the jump-off Shoma and Yuzu bomb their jumps but Lambiel and Oda land quads!! A 4T-3T for Oda. Gooo Uncle skaters, show the young whippersnappers you've still got it. :cheer:

Yuzu makes an impromptu speech at the end thanking the audience and encouraging them to continue to support the areas affected by the earthquake and complimenting Kobe for it's rebirth from their own terrible earthquake 20 years ago.

More videos to come.

I just read your post. Plushy will be 33 in November. In these Japanese shows he landed many 3As and some quads.
