One ALL-TIME fave from each country

A twist on the other thread - if it was hard to pick your fave eligible skater from each country, what about your all-time fave from each country? (You can have a second, if it's too hard )

For me (and this is difficult):

    USA - Michelle Kwan
Canada - tie - Bourne & Kraatz and Kurt Browning
Japan - Fumie Suguri (Midori Ito a close second)
    China - Shen & Zhao
Russia - Evgeny Plushenko (Berezhnaya & Sikharulidze a close second)
France - tie - Abitbol & Bernadis and Stanick Jeannette
    Germany - maybe Tanja Szewczenko?
Great Britain - Torvill & Dean
Belgium - Kevin van der Perren
    Italy - Faiella & Scali
Ukraine - Oksana Baiul (Viktor Petrenko second)
    Hungary - Julia Sebestyen?
    Finland - Rahmako & Kokko
    Switzerland - Stephane Lambiel
    Bulgaria - Denkova & Staviyski
    Israel - Chait/Sakhnovsky
    Lithuania - Drobiazko & Vanagas

I'll probably change my mind in 5 minutes...
