There's a translation posted on FSU which looks interesting.

Could Ilia be right about Miki Ando? If so, he can rival Carol Heiss for predictions.

Here as an excerpt from the translation the words Ilia expresses about World Championships in Dortmund:
> I was impressed by the Japanese ladies. Especially Miki (Ando) is incredible. I see a wonderful future for her. To think that she´s only 16 years old, it´s unbelievable. This season´s success will build her confidence. She´s also caught the eyes of the judges, and she knows what to keep and what to change. I have my money on her (to be a great skater). Oh, and of course, Shizuka (Arakawa) was great. >
I can well believe that Miki may be a great skater one day, because technically she is almost there, and needs to polish her presentation. Also a good choreographer can do a lot.
Yes, as Miki was 4th in Worlds, she sure has caught the eyes of the judges. That will make things a bit easier for her. Just remembering that Ilia with his win in Europeans 1995 at seventeen and silver in 1996 Worlds, sure caught the eyes of the judges...
