Gosh, I'm hoping that this starts a trend in male skater nudes, with Plushy first in line. Though realistically I can see Mikey Weiss doing a nude. He jumps around like a naked monkey in his exhibition rounds and according to Brennan's book, Mikey's dad posed nude for Playgirl.

The Joubert pics remind me that Europe is more comfortable with nudity and sexuality than the United States. Kat Witt (Germany) and Maria Butyrskaya (Russia) posed nude for the camera as well. I wish we weren't so tight-@$$ed here ... although that is an asset in Brian's case.

I agree ogre mage, I think its a little silly that most of the US is so puritanical when it comes to nudity. I have never found anything offensive about being naked, and I dont understand what others find so wrong about it. I do wish that we would become as puritanical about violence and violent images as we are about nudity.

And for all those "Joubert is just a Yags clone" folks....I believe the closest Alexei came to the "Full Monty" was the sauna/towel shot just before the 2002 Olys! (And yes, we are greatly saddened by that!!! )
