Question about Performance/Execution-PCS?

Just finished watching the Worlds, what a wonderful event. However, the PCS discussion is just as heated as ever.

One thought popped up in my mind, should "Performance/Execution" score indicate more about program's execution than currently does? If error(s) disturb a SP/FP, shouldn't the Performance/Execution be lowered than otherwise?

The protocol seems having not much reflection on the disturbance of errors.

I think that yes it needs to work like that, falls and messy landings directly hurt the flow of the program. I also think that anchoring is stupid. You should be able to have 5.0 IN and 9.5 SS, now they'd just get compressed to 7.0 and 7.5 which is really dumb.
