Dear NBC: Please listen to the two men who do the figure skating commentary for British Eurosport!!
They're intelligent, articulate, knowledgeable, parse their commentary well (not too much, not too little) and seem very respectful towards skaters by trying to avoid talking during "big moments" of a program. No inane, mindless chitchat or self-promotion. They also convey emotional warmth and compassion, unlike Tara or Johnny, who seem emotionally detached and self-involved, which imho only adds to their unpopularity with some of us.
