The description said 31-year old Canadian man. Don't know if he's the same who showed up at Worlds, but CNN didn't even mention Worlds as one of the places where a hired gun of the casino disrupted a sporting event.
All those millions spent on security and the guy just slips through. It would have been a hell of a mess if he had been some nut with a bomb. :(

So it seems that it was the same idiot who jumped out in Dortmund. He got off lightly with just bruises. (JMO) If there had been tougher security, he could have been shot.

No, and that's why so many of us are angry at the light sentences. Monica Seles could have died and Michelle and the divers were fortunate not to have suffered similar horrible fates.
