Medvedeva will skate a Jeanne d'arc free program next season with all the jumps in second part, but won't win any competition
Tuktamysheva will be back on the game with two 3A in the free skate and four triples in the short pogram. she'll beat Medvedeva at the russian nationals and go to the olympics.
Dabin Choi and Jun hwan Cha will be on the OG podium.
Yuzuru will use seimei again.

During US Nationals 2018 Women's Free Skate the electricity goes out in the building, and the music from Romeo and Juliet is suddenly playing. When the electricity comes back on the music has stopped and the competition is continued. But something is very very wrong. Suddenly all the ladies start getting underrotation calls, horrible PCS and everyone just keeps falling and falling...The R&J music is playing again and again whenever a skater gets their bad scores in the Kiss And Cry. Crestfallen the USFSA decides to send no lady to the Olympics. At Pyeongchang however suddenly Sasha Cohen appears in the middle of the rink (no one can remember seeing her arrive) and she starts skating. It is the most beautiful and musical short program of all time and she lands a 3Lz-3T and smashes the short program record. Everyone is ecstatic and it all feels unreal. Sasha Cohen is suddenly favored to win the OGM. During her free skate she skates absolutely beautiful to Four Seasons, however she falls on her spiral when the Romeo and Juliet music suddenly starts playing again. She screams out "Not now!!!" and suddenly she's gone, as sudden as she previously appeared. Everyone wakes up as from a daze. No one ever dares to skate to R&J again at the Olympics, it's rumored that Sasha will come back and possess the skater who does so...Having sold her soul to curse the National Championship for another chance at Olympics

Kevin Reynolds get a Skate America assignment and I go and see him skate.
Jason Brown and Adam Rippon tie for 3rd place at Nationals and the deciding factor to see who goes to the Olympics vs. who goes to Worlds is decided by Rock-Paper-Scissors. Winner goes to the Olympics. Loser goes to Worlds only. (I imagined that scenario at the top of my head....and also in 2014, Jason went to the Olympics while Max went to Worlds)
Due to protests, the ISU decides that from here on out, the top 20 and not the top 16 in pairs after the SP in ISU championships goes to the FP.
The ISU hires the GPF Barcelona announcer as the official announcer for ISU Championships.
A new rule is implemented for "disruptions in programs" when it comes to nosebleeds. In other words. No deduction because it's COMPLETELY out of their control.
The team event at the Olympics for Team Canada will comprise of Patrick Chan, Kevin Reynolds, Kaetlyn Osmond, Gabby Daleman, Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford, and Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir.
The 2nd and 3rd spot for Russian ladies for the Olympics will be determined by a Ninja Warrior style course and the top 2 finishers will be joined by Evgenia Medvedeva.
The 1 Olympic spot for US pairs will be determined by a dance-off.
At the 2018 4CC, McNamara/Carpenter and the Parsons siblings will get gold and silver in ice dance (Not necessarily that order though).
Due to the intense competitiveness for the men's event, audience members at the Olympics will be given free paper bags to barf or hyperventilate into out of nerves.
The USA ladies Olympic team will be Ashley, Karen, and Mirai.
Plushenko will commentate during the 2018 Olympics for Russia Eurosport.
Gabby Daleman becomes the first lady to do a successful 4T.
Alaine Chartrand surprises us all with a clean and landed 3A.
One lady at LEAST at the Olympics will do a 3A.
Psy (Gangham Style guy) will participate in the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics. HEY! He IS from South Korea and Gangham Style was a HUGE hit.
After seeing the horror of the huge plastic medals from the 2016 TDF and GPF, the ISU makes standards on what medals cannot look like.
Nathen Chen and Vincent Zhou will have a 4Lz show-down at some exhibition.
Someone skates to songs from "Willy Wonka Jr.", "Rent", theme songs from kids shows, or the song from the opening monologue of the 87th annual Academy Awards.

The 2017/18 season becomes the beginning of the 3A era for the ladies. It starts with one or two being attempted at GP, one being landed at a Nationals (please Mirai) and one or two being attempted at Olympics, and an unexpected lady podiums at Worlds18 by landing one. 2018/19 is the season when it really takes off...

Patrick Chan becomes so agitated by Quad fest he decides to compete in Ice Dance instead. Chan finally gets the Olympic gold medal that has eluded his career. He continues to compete in Ice dance for another 10 years while the men singles battles with quad axels and quintuple jumps.

They all miss their twizzles and one lift each, so the win is based on levels. The TC is Dostani. Final results :

Hanyu decides to switch to pairs and hits the gym to build up his upper body strength. He uploads videos and pictures of his work onto Instagram and instantly gains millions of followers. He then holds open tryouts to see who will become his partner.
Among those trying out are Yulia, Evgeniva, Marin Honda, and Kim Yuna who has come out of retirement just for the chance to skate with Hanyu. After failing to find a suitable partner Hanyu announces that he will be switching to Ice Dance and picks Maia Shibutani as his partner.
Hanyu and Maia go on to win ice dance at the 2022 Olympics. They then marry after winning the Olympics sending thousands of fan girls into a frenzy. Hanyu and Maia have two children twins. A boy and girl.

Stolbova and Klimov go through another repackaging, get a quad throw and killer twist, Ksenia dyes her hair blonde again, and they beat Sui/Han for the OGM. After all this, Fedor decides that he's fallen in love with Ksenia, and they get married.
Dance:
Weaver/Poje take over as Canada No. 1 like they deserve to be and win the OGM, then get married and have two kids.

I had the weirdest crazy prediction while working today.
In effort to learn the art of not giving up mid-way through a program when stuff goes wrong, Maxim Kovtun enlists the help of Coach Plushy, who for some reason accepts.
(For the benefit of Russian skating I suppose!)
Thus leading to most awkward kiss and cry in figure skating history.
