Last week ''Le Iene'', an Italian TV program, broadcast a disquieting reportage about Blue Whale Game.
In this reportage It was Said that this game caused several children/teenagers To commit suicide in Russia.

My brother got crazy about it: he somehow fears to be involved in the game (he's actually getting a bit too hysterical)...

Is this game such a matter in Russia?
Is any public awareness campaign ongoing in Russia in order to raise awareness on this horrific game?

Not only in Russia. Several Latin-Americab countries had some cases too, and Interpol arrested some people involved in recruiting teenagers for the game.

Here we had 9 teens hospitalized, fortunately no one died.

According to Snopes, none of these supposed deaths or injuries have been verified or linked to this game. Further, it is possible that kids who participate are doing so, not out of peer pressure or a desire to engage in risky activities, but because they are already depressed or suicidal.
