Been searching for the ensemble piece from T & D 's Tour of 88 with the Russian All stars for some time.
Could anyone help?

Sorry - I can't. And I have doubts it was ever broadcast anywhere. Same problem with Eleanor Rigby (from Ice capades 1987), Puttin' on the Ritz (exhibition 82/83) and Slaughter on 10th avenue (not the free dance but the exhibition from 83/84).
