Re. the announcement in "The Edge"

What exactly does this mean? I know that it asks you (when you send a PM) whether you want a receipt or not. Do you mean this capability has been removed? I've never gotten a popup like this before.

My apologies if this has been addressed before.

Yes, it means that the capability of requesting a receipt has been removed. So when you send a PM now you won't see the little dialogue box that asks if you want a receipt.
