I found a new website that shows photos of Alaska from "way back when" basically anything that was photographed before the mid 1980s

anyway I found a pic of Kenai and now I'm home sick... *Sigh*

I know how you feel. I'm still in the same province as my family, but it feels very far away.

I'm much closer geographically to NYC than you are to your home town, but I still feel a million miles away out here, so I do understand how you feel.

I did a lot of travelling and moving in my younger days. Even spent some time in Quebec! I always got so homesick and ended up going home eventually. I complain about BC and life in the lower mainland - (all the rain) - but would not last elsewhere.

As Dorothy says in the "Wizard of Oz" - "There's no place like home!"
