Ivan is Back!!!!

Ivan after moving through the Ohio Valley, went off the coast of Virginia, headed southwest and crossed Florida yesterday and now has been upgraded to a tropical storm, south of New Orleans. He should make landfall on Thursday night near Galveston, TX.

Let's hope this time is dies.......for good!!

Not the only occupation! Think doctor's misdiagnosing, prescribing the woring medicine, etc. You still pay.

What about all the time spent reviewing a patients 3 volume chart in the ICU, the patient doesn't even know that I've been there because they're heavily sedated (appropriately), and refuses to pay a bill becuase they don't know who I am even though I've been the one who made the correct call on which antibiotic to use which saved his life? I may not see the patient again as the "intensivists" feel that they can run his case without anay further input from me.
Don't even get me started with lawyers.
