If I could do a nice layback I would vote that but flying camel is my best spin so thats what i voted. I've never been able to do a nice layback. I love watching nice ones like Sasha's though.

I voted layback-it's definitely one of the most gorgeus spins. Sasha Cohen does a beautiful one.

I voted for the layback spin. A really good layback is the sign of a good skater, IMO, because it shows you that the skater is aware of every little detail: the range of motion in their back, the pointed toe, the leg in attitude, the carriage of their hands and arms. Sasha's is absolutely classic; Sarah Hughes and Angela Nikodinov have gorgeous ones. And, if you ever get a chance to see photos of it, Jamal Othman from Switzerland does a very nice catch-foot layback on the men's side

I looove layback spins! Especially when the skater does that pretty thing with their hands, while their fingers are bent. I don't know what it's called. Artistic expression, I guess lol

I like spins that do not travel, don't looked labored and have good arm and leg positions. However, I detest the beillman--except for the originator of the move.

I always remember Michelle's spin at the end of her Romanza sp. It went perfect with the music. I really like Lambiel's crossfoot as well. He looks like he's made out of rubber.

Honorable mention to laybacks. I love Irina's classic to catchfoot to beillman, MK's crescent moon, Ye Bin's with her arms out stretched, AP's catchfoot layback, and the best one Angela's It's the most beautiful layback I've ever seen. Also Janet Lynn's layback was beautiful.
