She did it on the Today show this morning. I hadn't realized she was going to be on it. Did tape it but missed the ending. Need to reset my clock on the vcr. Anyway, they just announced on our local news that she won and did 105 spins to win.
I had emailed them this morning asking about it but never got an answer (yet, anyway) so suppose this is why they had it on the news.

Lucinda Ruh Breaks World Record

Swiss skater Lucinda Ruh, who appeared on the Today show Thursday morning, April 3, broke the Guiness World Record for most continuous spins on one foot. She set the record Thursday afternoon at Chelsea Piers Sky Rink in New York. Ruh spun 115 times — shattering the record of 60 previously held by Neil Wilson of Great Britain. She also went after the record for fastest upright spins, a feat that has not been previously recorded officially. However, that record will need to be veriified through the use of videotape. USFSA member Shawn Rettstatt was the official judge for the world record attempts.
