New Judging System Section on U.S. Figure Skating Online

Although I read it cursorily(sp), I didn't see anything about a submission of the planned program each skater has to present to the Caller (and his assistants?). Will this requirement still be used, and if so, will the planned programs appear at the competitions for the fans?
