I'm in shock. Natalie must have missed every element to be in 14th place! She is an awesome skater. Come on Natalie, skate like you can and pull up into the top 10!!! You can do it!!

kwong messed up her combination jump, cheated and fell on her double axel and did a loop....its too bad...she still has a good chance of moving up and qualifying for nationals, but shes gonna need to skate really well to beat de repentigny and trembley gratton...they are pretty solid skaters themselves...all i can say is its going to be an interesting long program event this afternoon

Final Results

The results sheets aren't in the media room yet, but they're posted on the wall so I copied down the top 10 overall placements. I didn't see them skate except for Natalie Kwong, who had a great skate -- saw her land a 3t 3s 3s2t and I think 2 double axels, not sure if there were any other triples.

1. Erika Tisluck
2. Katherine De Repentigny
3. Sophie Tremblay Gratton
4. Natalie Kwong
5. Genevieve Philion
6. Sarah Boisjoli
7. Sarah Jourdain
8. Amanda Lee Tully
9. Victoria Lyn Ragozins
10. Tara Forstner

Top 10 go on to Jr Canadians.

I only saw her talking to her coach in the middle of the competition, then she talked to the judging panel. Her face was red and in pain and could'nt continue with the rest of the program. I guess she must fell hard on the ice and hurt herself badly.

Anyone know exactly what Karen landed and didn't? She might have had a clean program to have jumped 10 places!
