Bielman Spin

Hi,
Im just learning a bielman spin and i was wondering if anybody has any tips on how to make it mUCH better! What kind of stretches cna i do so that my leg gets up higher and straighter, basically so that it sorta looks like sasha's? well thanks

Sorry, i can't help you there. I've tried a beilmann spin and the results weren't too good-hheeheh....good luck with it though!

Your coach will probably be able to help you stretch, and will also be able to recommend a good off-ice conditioning programme for you. The rink may even employ, or recommend, a personal trainer for just such things - worth asking, anyway! Otherwise, any good flexibility and strength training video will help.
