Idleracer, this cracked me up! 
It reminds me of another photo taken during the Canadian SOI tour that year. It showed the guys at the end of the "Studz" program. All the guys hats were on, except Todd E.'s. He was in the Canadian version of "Studz," but not in the American one, so, I guess he had to learn how to keep that hat on too. 
The picture was from one of the early dates of the Canadian tour. Later pictures showed that he learned to keep that hat on shortly thereafter! I wish I had the link to the photo, but I don't.
