    Central Park Gates

What an eyesore!!!!! Sorry but I think these gates are so ugly, they're not even green to match the scenery, they stick out like sore thumbs. Was the designer trying to match the color of them to her hair? They would look better spread out in different parts of the park if they have to be there at all, but to line a walkway with them? how redundant!

I'm not really a fan of christo's installations in general... but i think the gates are less lame than some of his other exhibitions. Does anyone know how long they will be there?

I thought that this would be the silliest thing to hit Central Park but having seen an aerial photo in the Daily News, I may have second thoughts. It's attractive from up high and looking down.
