I did not see a thread about this movie, so I thought I would start one. I am not sure if this qualifies as a 2004 movie or a 2005. If it's the latter, it should qualify as a best picture comedy at the Golden Globes.

Although this is a comedy, it deals with some serious social issues. The humor is good quality (no toilet humor) and the 3 main characters are portrayed by the 3 actors (Dennis Quaid, Topher Grace, Scarlett Johansson) extremely well. For me the pleasant surprise was the performance of Topher Grace. The ending is a bit weak, but the movie is entertaining and it really makes a point.

I found it particularly refreshing after watching so many dark or tragic movies last year.
