Attention AOL Users

There are various versions of AOL, and therefore, different buttons, tools, etc. While I would like to assist those of you with Spam filters, etc. I cannot. The best thing to do would be to:

1. Toy with these AOL filters (without Reporting As Spam)
2. Read the AOL FAQs
3. Contact AOL support.

If you do all of the above and still cannot get help, post the problem here and I'll see what I can do.

If you receive an GS newsletters, whether in the spam bucket or not, and you are an AOL user, add the address it is sent from to your Address Book.

Presto! GS communications will no longer go to your spam bucket, ever. Otherwise, they may in an unpredictable way.
