I suspected that he got an offer from a record company, but I'll just have to wait and see. I don't appreciate his lying to national TV about it, though.

I wish Reuben could get out of his contract like Clay did. They stuck Reuben with a bunch of songs that are not at all in his strongest style, and just about finished his career.

actually RUBEN wanted those songs... and RUBEN's weight is what has sidelined his career. No one's willing to buy over priced tickets for *maybe* 6 songs... he just CAN'T sing for a full concert. Untill he's willing to look at his weight and try to control it so he can build up stamina he's not going to get far.
